  • How long does it take to receive my order?
    All orders normally arrive within 2 to 5 business days. If an order is placed after 5:00pm CST, it will be shipped out the following business day.
  • Are these fragrance oils skin safe?
    Yes, all fragrance oils are skin safe when used properly.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We currently accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
  • What shipping methods do you use?
    Currently, all orders are shipped via USPS.
  • What is the shelf life of a bottle of oil?
    As long as the oils are kept out of extreme temperatures and direct sunlight, they can last quite a few years. These oils do not contain any water or alcohol. So, you do not have to worry about them evaporating. You may notice that the color of some oils may change and some may get richer in scent over time.
  • What happens in a case where the fragrance oil I order is out of stock?
    In this case, you can do 1 of 3 things. You can either choose another fragrance to add to your order, put the out of stock item on back order, or request a refund if you can't find anything you would like to replace it with.
